Daytime Running Lights or DRL are good. DRL help drivers see each other and prevent accidents. For those of you who don't understand this. Why don’t you go play in traffic. 

If you still don't understand why it is important for drivers to see other cars, please stop reading this post. STOP! 

If you do decide to disable DRLs. Please do drive with Headlights ON day and night. A great way to do this is to install a relay as described in Topic:

Headlights come on when key is in RUN position. Just leave headlight switch on all the time. Never forget to turn lights on. Never forget to turn lights off. 
BE SEEN. BE SAFE!

The only time anyone should drive with Headlights off is if you don't want to be seen at night. Some examples are: Being chased by police, angry wife, monsters, etc.

How To Disable Daytime Running Lights

Install jumper between BLK/RED and RED/BLK.
This will make brake warning light in dash work normally.
Terminals #s 3 and 8
